Message	Conventional oils break down at around 230, synthetics can go up to as high as 300. If running synthetic i would prefer for it to be around the 215 mark as you stated. If oil is not heated up to proper temps acids can build up and cause harm. even if it were conventional i would recommend higher than 160 somewhere near 190. I do not fear what the future holds for me, I am not afraid to die.
